The master plan design by joint venture group AAA – Arkhefield, ARM and Archipelago with Lat27 – for Grocon brings together hinterland and coastline to capture the essence of the subtropical climate emblematic of the Gold Coast.

Designed by Arkhefield and located just 4km from Brisbane's CBD, the nine-storey mixed-use, commercial building at 166 Breakfast Creek Road will be a prominent gateway development to Brisbane City, and a modern figure within the former industrial precinct of Newstead.

Camp Hill Marketplace designed by Brisbane archtecture firm, Arkhefield is a modern commercial space that incorporates subtropical design elements by layering living green areas and providing the perfect amount of shade. This mixed use precinct features a combination of specialty retailers, food and beverage outlets and a central public courtyard for the community to enjoy and connect.
