Portside Wharf
Master Plan

Portside Wharf was a catalyst project for the urban renewal of inner city suburb, Hamilton, on Brisbane’s northside.

Balancing its functions as both a cruise terminal as well as a mixed use precinct, it now encompasses over 7500m² of open public space for residents and visitors.

The precinct provides restaurants, markets, cinemas, function spaces, commercial spaces and residential apartments, all positioned around a central public plaza and street to link the suburb to the river.

Rejuvenated as the new gateway to Brisbane, a 400m long promenade was created as a berthing platform to farewell and welcome over 4000 passengers through their cruise ship terminal.
