As founding partner of Arkhefield, Andrew brings together a passionate team who embrace innovation and collaboration. He guides the underlying story of our projects and is committed to delivering places that create a lasting impression on the people who experience them.

Jason Preston draws from diverse expertise in education, government, commercial, mixed-use, retail and aviation projects. This versatility allows him to dive in, adapt and deliver - shifting easily from early master planning concepts to the finished product.

Chantelle is the Personal Assistant to our Principal + Founding Director as well as the Studio + HR Coordinator. She supports the Chief Operating Officer in managing the day to day functions of the business including Human Resource and Facilities while supporting the broader studio.

Chantelle has over 10 years’ experience providing executive level administration support across multiple industries.

Zoe has a depth of experience in design, documentation and delivery across a range of project scales, having successfully delivered two major Student Accommodation projects in the inner city in the last 4 years.

Peter combines conceptual thinking with design expertise to communicate ideas to a broader audience. He has designed and delivered award winning branding, communication and wayfinding strategies in the built and natural environments for clients both locally and nationally.

Wesley brings a background of managing the design, documentation and delivery of projects developed over 30 years’ experience working in Brisbane and London on a range of building types.

Designing and delivering significant projects across a broad spectrum of sectors, Anne brings a strong focus on design, a passion for innovation, and considerable capabilities in leading the design and delivery process.

Kirsti has always had a passion for design and how it can improve the way we live. She enjoys the challenge of being creative within the constraints of the project site, budget and brief, to deliver a project from concept to construction.

With extensive technical construction knowledge and a commitment to achieving the best design outcomes for clients, Mark brings a valuable perspective to the team. His passion for conceiving solutions that exceed client expectations together with strong capabilities in the documentation and delivery of buildings enable him to design buildings that shape their environment and leave a positive impact on the people that interact with them.
