Brewdog
Fortitude Valley

Located in the historical Tranberg House, Brewdog sits in a prime position within the vibrant Fortitude Valley Entertainment precinct. The building dates back to 1928 and has a rich and colourful past which provided a perfect shell to infuse Brewdog’s unique spirit.

The dual frontage site is taken advantage of by providing two separate entries. The laneway entry activates a quite street that links to nearby hospitality while the front entry sits opposite the Fortitude Valley Train Station and connects to the vibrant energy of Brunswick Street.

Whilst the heritage elements of the building are star features of the fitout, they created the greatest challenges. It wasn’t until demolition started that many of these challenges were uncovered. The design team embraced these challenges and aimed to retain and celebrate the historical aspects of Tranberg House.

The venue provides the perfect place to let off steam, have a bite to eat and play some games with friends. Those who live nearby walk their dog and grab a beer and a bite to eat; their dog-friendly nature has expanded their clientele! The venue’s capacity reaches up to 400 and can accommodate a variety of functions and private events.
