Waterfront Precinct Master Plan
The Waterfront Precinct master plan in Brisbane’s CBD focuses on giving the river back to the city and its people. The vision for the 1.5ha historic site sees the creation of a revitalised city centre riverfront destination with generous civic spaces as a stage for city life.
The Smith Collective is a landmark precinct and represents Queensland’s largest multi-residential project ever undertaken in a single stage. The design by joint venture group AAA – Arkhefield, ARM and Archipelago with Lat27 – for Grocon brings together hinterland and coastline to capture the essence of the subtropical climate emblematic of the Gold Coast.
420 Flinders Street
Designed by Arkhefield, 420 Flinders Street is a highly energy efficient and cost effective commercial tower in the city heart of Townsville, delivering a striking addition to the North Queensland capital’s urban landscape.
Smith Collective Master Plan
The 7.1ha site began as Parklands – the official Athletes Village for the 2018 Commonwealth Games – and transitioned to the build-to-rent scheme now known as the Smith Collective, housing approximately 2500 residents.
Circa Energex NMO
As the master tenant in the Arkhefield designed Circa Nundah Village Commercial Tower 1, Energex benefited from a fully integrated 8800m2 workplace fitout – enabling a highly customised interior architecture, while optimising efficiencies and value for money.
