Waterfront Precinct Master Plan
The Waterfront Precinct master plan in Brisbane’s CBD focuses on giving the river back to the city and its people. The vision for the 1.5ha historic site sees the creation of a revitalised city centre riverfront destination with generous civic spaces as a stage for city life.
Student One on Elizabeth Street
Student One on Elizabeth Street is an iconic building providing student accommodation with a vibrant retail arcade and public realm at its heart. The 901 bed facility across two towers will comprise 244 single studios and shared units, served by generous shared study zones, meeting, media and games rooms as well as an outdoor cinema lawn on the roof deck.
Located within the Byron Street precinct along the Brisbane River, the Arkhefield design features luxurious riverfront apartments and terrace homes which celebrate Brisbane’s subtropical climate.
Stockland Newport Retirement Living
Stockland Newport Retirement Living is a place which captures a uniquely Queensland way of life and plays an active and important role in the local community. Arkhefield focused on creating beautiful places for residents and their families to socialise and connect with large apartments designed to create open and inviting homes for residents.
The Lamington development is located at 104 Lamington Avenue in Ascot on a 6.2 hectare site near Ascot Village and the Eagle Farm and Doomben racecourses. The brief sought to achieve a master plan solution for 219 townhouses and 15 apartments, which were to be developed in three stages, with the townhouses to comprise a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom typologies.
Atria at Hamilton Reach
Atria at Hamilton Reach is a master planned residential development that focuses on lifestyle, liveability and connection to the surrounding landscape. The Arkhefield design captures the sub-tropical climate over 159 apartments and terrace homes to create a dynamic community environment.
