Smith Collective

The Smith Collective is a landmark precinct and represents Queensland’s largest multi-residential project ever undertaken in a single stage. The master plan design by joint venture group AAA – Arkhefield, ARM and Archipelago with Lat27 – for Grocon brings together hinterland and coastline to capture the essence of the subtropical climate emblematic of the Gold Coast.

Parkside Residences Yeronga

Situated 5km from the city centre in the desirable and well connect suburb of Yeronga. Parkside Residences is a collection of luxury apartments design by Arkhefield that offer a laid-back parkside position with exceptional liveability and community spirit.

Barca Bulimba

Located within the Byron Street precinct along the Brisbane River, the Arkhefield design features luxurious riverfront apartments and terrace homes which celebrate Brisbane’s subtropical climate.

Grange Residences

Arkhefield designed, on the banks of Kedron Brook, The Grange Residences design brings people together by offering an attractive and exciting residential environment that blends into its natural surroundings.

Atria at Hamilton Reach

Atria at Hamilton Reach is a master planned residential development that focuses on lifestyle, liveability and connection to the surrounding landscape. The Arkhefield design captures the sub-tropical climate over 159 apartments and terrace homes to create a dynamic community environment.

Density and Diversity Done Well

Arkhefield and Urbis recently collaborated to submit an entry titled ‘Retrofix’ to the Queensland Government’s Density and Diversity Done Well competition. This future housing study explored how an existing suburban block could be retrofitted to facilitate sharing, enable densification and promote community interaction
