“I am interested in how we mix housing with other uses to create new, productive pieces of our towns and our cities. Designs that are well-connected and well-integrated - good additions to our urban fabric.”

Alina has extensive experience in housing and mixed-use schemes, with expertise in working across scales in both urban design and architecture. She is adept at working on large, public-realm projects and enjoys the collaboration and diversity this approach brings.

Housing and urbanism are her specialties - formed during a decade of working for a close-knit team in London that specialised in mixed-tenure housing and regeneration projects. During this time, she advised various London Boroughs on their urban renewal strategies, including family housing. She is enthusiastic about applying this knowledge to her work here in Australia.

Her involvement in significant mixed-use residential regeneration projects in the UK – including Tottenham High Road and the Southwark Low Line in London and Manchester at Mayfield Station – also informs her contribution to progressive local projects that bring communities together by combining multi-residential, retail and creative hubs.
